RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept any returns or exchanges, however, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Damaged or defective products may be returned to ZaaBox.com after contacting hello@zaabox.com and receiving a damage product return authorization form. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
